Question: Out of all the clients that you're working with to run Google Ads, even our own brands and our own newsletters, what is the highest conversion rate you've ever seen on Google Ads? My 2 cents: I mean I've seen landing page conversion rates of thirty-five, forty percent. Like if the headline of the landing page says, we're gonna give you exactly what you just Googled, and it's not too long and it's the perfect length of giving them enough information so that they're super curious to learn more, but not oversharing so that they're exhausted and don't want to reach out, I've seen conversion rates be that high. In terms of click to purchase? I don't have consistent numbers on that, but I can tell you, I mean, I literally won an award. You can see it on my shelf here. I think it was 2021. Highest ROI Google ad campaign of the year in the United States from the Drum Ad Awards. We turned roughly seven thousand dollars in ad spend into one point two million dollars in collected revenue for the client.

You know how VIBE CODING (bolt & lovable) transformed 6-week app builds into 6-minute A to Z builds? Some people think the same 10x acceleration is hitting entrepreneurs & marketing teams RIGHT NOW. They are calling it VIBE MARKETING. And here’s why it's all click-bait hype: The old world of marketing: 10-person teams struggling to keep up with meetings, Slack threads, and design queues in Trello… Weeks to ship a landing page. Thousands spent just to test one idea. It's a bloated mess. The new world? One superhero marketer, armed with AI tools, spinning up landing pages, emails, and ads in seconds. Sounds magical, right? Looks fast, right? But here’s the truth no one wants to say out loud… Most marketers already have a solid tool stack. And most AI marketing tools SUCK if you actually use them for more than a week. What they don’t have is a grip on the three fundamentals that actually move the needle: Outcomes. Frequency. Social proof. No "vibe" marketing. No tool stack. No AI agent can make up for not leveraging those to the fullest. You can’t whip up an entire marketing campaign that connects with your target audience, builds trust, sparks urgency, and drives conversion, all in 6 minutes. In marketing: You’re not building software. You’re building belief. Yes, AI can help. It can crank out lead magnets. It can crank out winning ads. It can find leads. But "vibe marketing" isn’t the revolution vibe coding is. It’s not replacing full marketing teams. It’s just, finally making that "marketing intern" feel more like a full-time junior hire who actually gets stuff done & makes an impact. Or finally making the entrepreneur do more with the limited time they already have for marketing. And even then… There’s no finish line in marketing. No ā€œwe shipped itā€ moment like you get with software. No neat v1.0. Sure, "we shipped the lead magnet" but that's NOTHING compared to "we shipped V1 of our product in six minutes with Lovable, got some early traction and just raised VC funding all from the six minutes we spent with Lovable." Marketing doesn’t end, it evolves. It adapts. It gets tested in the wild. It learns from what didn’t convert. So go ahead and build your "vibe marketing" stack. But don’t confuse speed with the TRUST you need to market effectively. The marketers who win? They don’t push AI crap assets into the wild. They build TRUST with their target audience. They iterate on outcomes. They commit to frequency. They stack social proof until the audience says: ā€œDamn, I need this.ā€ That’s not a vibe. That’s your job. With Love, @MarketingMax

probably going to regret this... $77K in 7 days selling products found from tiktok comments to women 45-65 on facebook at 10pm in 5 countries at $2-4 ads. the same products cost $23 ads in the US. same product. same buyer. different country. different price. 70 minutes of decisions that week I put the full $13k/mo system into a 36-page guide: > how to find your competitor's supplier name in their own page source code in 30 seconds (ctrl+F "vendor", search on alibaba, 50% cheaper) > how to crack their "exclusive" discount codes by typing 5 URLs anyone can access (/discount/WELCOME10, SAVE20, VIP25) > how to read the pages they tried to hide from google (/robots.txt, wholesale pricing, test collections, influencer commissions) > why mexico at $3.92 ads, poland at $2, and turkey at $2 with installments that make $60 look like $10/month > the ad URL trick that pre-loads the expensive variant + pre-checks the subscription before the page finishes loading > how to steal 5 competitor email funnels by abandoning 5 carts and screenshotting every email for 72 hours ($0) → the 36-page $0-$10K/mo ecom playbook → the 6-point product page checklist to go from 1.2% → 3.4% CVR → the full video walkthrough - finding products, building pages, launching ads, going live Want it? Follow me, like this post, RT this post and comment "REGRET".I'll send it over.

Question: Is it different for B2B versus e com when it comes to automatically embedding the discount or entering a code? My 2 cents: in B2B, what I always encourage our advertisers to do is create a custom landing page promoting that particular offer discount, free credits if it's a SaaS tool and you're using like AI credits or whatever, pricing via usage and AI credits, just create a custom landing page and then make it so that everyone that books a call or signs up from that page gets that particular offer. But I tell my e-comm clients, like you have to auto-apply the discount at checkout. You'll get way more conversions and what I've seen from our e-comm clients is if you make people type in a code the abandoned cart rate goes to the roof because everyone checks and they're like, yeah, what's the code again? And for whatever reason, people don't go back to their their email or the ad that they saw that mentioned it. So the auto-applying is what makes the biggest difference. But again, going back to the other question, whether you're doing a code or giving people a a discount promotion because you're running in a newsletter, whatever it is, after someone books a call. Or after someone purchases, you have to, have to, have to ask them how they've engaged with you before. You have to do that. First party data is way better than Google Analytics will ever, ever, ever track.

It’s actually insane that companies spend 12+ MONTHS implementing software in 2026. The greet team at ERP .AI is trying to flip that entire model on its head. Instead of hiring consultants to configure your software, you describe your business to an AI agent and have it build what you need. Wild! You gotta checkout erp.ai
šŸ¤ Paid partnership
For 25 years, Salesforce, SAP and enterprise software were built around one assumption: humans operate the software. We’re changing that. Introducing ERP•AI and Proto: business software built for agents, and an agent that operates business software. Describe the system you need. ERP•AI builds it. Then Proto takes over. It manages records, runs workflows and executes actions inside the software you just created. This is Headless SaaS. 1: get ERP•AI 2: build your SaaS 3: post below Best one wins a MacBook. Question: A lot of B2B marketers rely on LinkedIn ads for like enterprise pipeline, but founders, you know, we tell them that 90% of their ad budget should be on Meta and Google. Why do LinkedIn ads underperform? Is there a secret to getting LinkedIn ads to work? My 2 cents: Yes, there is a secret to getting LinkedIn ads to work and it's retargeting. When people land on your website, the next time they open up LinkedIn, they should see an ad, ideally, a testimonial ad, like a video of some of your customers talking and saying how awesome you are. That is by far and away the best way to make LinkedIn ads work from my experience. Prospecting ads can work, but it's so darn expensive and the creative has to be so unique and stand out in the LinkedIn feed that it's really hard to get any sort of ROI, any sort of value from prospecting campaigns on LinkedIn. Now, there are anomalies, there are brands I've met with who are crushing it on LinkedIn, but it's way better off if you're just starting to do a retargeting ad and stick to meta. If you scrape your target audience from LinkedIn Sales Navigator or any other platform. Upload it to Meta and run ads from them, you'll find a lot more success.

Had an intro call this week with a skincare brand that got their Meta ad account hacked. Somebody got into the account, compromised their Pixel, and ran fraudulent spend through it before they caught it. Revenue dropped 80 to 90 percent almost overnight. They were running $30k to $50k a month before this happened. Their fix was to spin up a brand new ad account, but use the same pixel, which is the move everyone makes, except your pixel is also comprimised!!!! The hackers ran up $50,000 on conversion events that were not the brand's core target audience. They didn't realize that, until I told them that's why their new ad account's CPMs are so high ;) There's no clean way back from an account hack. You're rebuilding signal from scratch while your CPMs punish you for it. This is the call nobody wants to be on.
