One important advice I learned after 10 years of doing sales: When a customer reaches out to you make sure you do your best to reply in the first 30-60 seconds. This will increase your conversion rate by a lot. Many think "it sounds desperate", "I need to look busy, I'll text him in 30 minutes". The reality is that if you wait more than 5 minutes the chances of loosing the conversion greatly increase.

Useful tip I learned the hard way: The main difference between talking to customers vs talking with investors in your business: To customers you want to use technical language, you're supposed to prove your knowledge and expertise. To investors you need to use the most basic language. Most of the times they have so many projects on the table that they need to understand quickly the value and differentiator you provide.

Underrated advice: Your focus on customer retention should be at least equal to your focus on customer acquisition.

There is a big LLM problem lately to agree with you and be a "yes-men". Here is a quick prompting trick to address that. I force the model to argue both sides. I usually prompt something like: "First, explain why this logic is right. Then, explain why this logic is flawed." Hearing the "Why Right" creates confidence. Hearing the "Why Wrong" creates safety. You need both to get a good quality result. What other prompting tricks do you use?

New study: You can jailbreak top AI models just by asking them to write... poetry. Researchers at Icaro Lab found that poetic prompts bypass safety filters 62% of the time (up to 90% on some models!). The rhyme structure effectively "distracts" the safety classifiers. If a sonnet can trick your AI, your defenses are too fragile. Test for context, not just code. #AI #CyberSecurity
