Road to HYROX Berlin begins with 2 good weeks of training in the bag but having to make the 05:30am workouts count 👊 Today was working those run & sled push transitions with 120KG whilst trying to keep under my lactic threshold Roll on May #berlin #hyrox

I wanted to give @astleysports gym members a brand new hybrid workout experience for 2025 which I could deliver & fit in early doors on a Sunday. Being out the house for 06:30 to set it up & deliver this session is made so much easier when you have great members who give 💯 👊

Making the downtime count & reminding the wife what I look like 😂 Stroll around Hobson Moore timing it nicely with the 🌅 & tiring these two 🐕 out

Really positive meeting with new key stakeholders this morning! Some great plans to develop our work within our local communities focusing on engaging various key target groups from young people to older adults in becoming more active, more engaged & creating 📈social value

Sundays is a full day of indoor winter 🏏 net training starting off @LHS_HighSchool till 5pm & then straight across to @astleysports till 8pm @SPT_Community @StamfordTrust #openingschoolfacilities #GMMoving @TamesideSN #tameside

Sunday mornings back at it 👊 @astleysports @SPT_Community

A much needed down time this afternoon. Made a key target for this year is when I do get the downtime from work even if it’s just a few hours it’s to make it count. I’m not one to sit on the sofa & chill. Being outdoors is my chill & gives me that mental refresh & focus

Great to see our new cricket project benefit both students & local community clubs thanks to our partnership working with key stakeholders @LaurenWhaley19 @GreaterSport @GMMoving @tamesidessp @TamesideSN #openingschoolfacilities

Great win for @AshtonUnitedFC well done to Steve & all the players last night! ⚽️👋

Lots of new faces turning out to last nights Clubbercise class @astleysports This class is perfect for anyone to come & give a try as the room is dark the glow sticks are flashing & the music is old skool 90s dance creating a welcoming & positive workout atmosphere to have fun!

Not only do I hate snow but also hate the heavy rain on New Year’s Eve as just discovered a blocked drain & a waterfall coming onto one of our grass pitches. The joys! Roll on Summer

Snow can do one! As a kid it was great. Running a business it’s definitely not great!

New opportunity to work alongside myself & a great team @SPT_Community & @astleysports Ideally have experience/interest in facility supervision & working in a customer facing role where high standard customer service is centre to what we offer. stamfordparktrust.ac.uk/our-…

2024 has been a great success 🙌 2025 is going to be an even bigger success with more expansion, more community provision, more partnership working and more positive outcomes for both community users & all @StamfordTrust venue students

6 miles along the coast line this morning. Last day here in the Lakes before heading back tomorrow to life at million mph but wouldn’t have it any other way 😃

What a place is where we’re staying north of Lake District right on the coast. Walked miles today, spent quality time together with the wife & gave me some much needed downtime but also an opportunity to regroup & focus on next plans & how to go that next level
