@goldcarcares Very disappointing customer service from Alicante yesterday. Rude, unhelpful staff when our plane was delayed and our reservation was cancelled. No replies from them today for me to arrange to swap the car back we got back for the class we booked.
@goldcarcares 2 days later and no reply from the rental office and I can only assume no-one monitors this Twitter account any more. Horrendous service.
