Turns out if you shout bingo numbers loudly enough… the @BBC eventually gives you a job! Excited to announce that I appear as the rather enthusiastic Bingo Host in the brand new @bbcstudios crime drama The Hairdresser Mysteries ✂️ It was an absolute pleasure working alongside the acclaimed Shear-lock Holmes herself, Sally Phillips and a Full House of talent. A huge thank you to the brilliant Paul Gibson, who somehow managed to direct me while I was trying not to ad-lib every bingo call, and to the wonderful team at Celex Casting for this incredible opportunity. Eyes down and dabbers at the ready… catch me in Series 1, Episode 1 – Storm in a Teacup, streaming now on @BBCiPlayer.

An incredible evening celebrating all things Panto at the 2026 @UKPantomime Awards ceremony at @wycombeswan. Privileged to be reunited with so many friends and to meet some truly inspirational human beings. As the 2025 winner of Outstanding Achievement in Pantomime Elaine C Smith stated, “the world we live in today is full of darkness, but Pantomime is the light”… and to be a part of this community is an honour! Congratulations to all the nominees and winners – and to the man himself @vernonkay for presenting too! Here’s to another epic season 🥂 Photography by @ianolsson

So lovely to see you and catch up Caroline! Thank you so much again for coming x

And again, just like that, the curtain has come down on my second season at @DissCornHall and Silly Billy’s run of chaos and mayhem is over for another year 🌹 To say that I am feeling the Panto blues is a huge understatement, but thank you to the thousands of you – young and old, first-timers and faithful Diss Panto regulars – who walked through the doors, laughed with us, cheered, booed and made Beauty and the Beast so special. Your reactions, reviews, smiles and standing ovations are what make all of this worthwhile. A personal thank you to @RyanHoltUK for inviting me back and trusting in me to play your comic again this year – and to Dave Short for continuing to mentor me throughout this whole process. I am in awe of you both and I will forever be grateful for your guidance and most importantly your friendship. To my insanely talented cast, production team, our astonishing stage manager Karen, our wonderful @CarlaBalls_ and chaperones to our Junior Ensemble – and of course to all the The Corn Hall team… you poured your hearts into this show and it showed in every moment both on stage and off. And finally, to all my family and my closest who travelled varying distances to watch – and to all of you who have sent me messages of support, I am truly blessed to have you all in my life x 2026….. this is the year!

Back by popular demand (@DissCornHall’s words... not mine), I am beyond excited to announce that I will be returning to the place where it all began professionally as Silly Billy in Beauty and the Beast from 19th December 2025 to 4th January 2026! Hugely grateful to @RyanHoltUK for inviting me back and thrilled to be reunited with the phenomenal Dave Short, @Dylan_Morgan24, Evie Forsdicke and @CarlaBalls_ and sharing the stage for the first time with Tom Davies and @MaisieWild1 Be our guest… see what I did there… and book your tickets now at thecornhall.co.uk or call the box office on 01379 652241 🌹

Definitely a shoot to remember….. third-degree burns and mild sunstroke included 🥄 🛀 (For those of you into this #ASMR malarkey… you might want to turn this up) #Yogurt

Absolute pleasure sharing my Panto story with my home theatre @TRPlymouth… the very place where it all began 💙

Just under a month until Opening Night and I make my professional #Panto debut as Simple Simon in Jack and the Beanstalk at @DissCornHall 🌱 Packed full of hilarious comedy… should I say so myself… this will definitely be full of beans. Don’t believe me? Here’s a teaser! Book online at thecornhall.co.uk or call 01379 652241

And just like that it’s OPENING NIGHT!! I have been waiting for this moment since I was 6 years old and I never thought I could be able to be a part of it… but now it’s time to make this dream a reality and get you full of beans this festive season! Simple Simon is ready to take the @DissCornHall stage… “Oh yes he is” 🌱 #Panto

And just like that my debut Panto season with SparkLive is over and Simple/Silly Simon has taken his final bow 🌱 Full of mixed emotions, but having taken this childhood dream of mine to a reality, it has “bean” everything that I imagined it would be and more… it did not DISSappoint! Overwhelmed with all the feedback, comments, standing ovations and sell-out performances… but to say that I have had the time of my life is a huge understatement. I want to personally thank @RyanHoltUK for granting me my first opportunity. Your mutual passion for this beloved art form astounds me and I’m so grateful to have shared this fascination and began my journey with you! To my incredibly talented fellow cast and creative team… thank you for all the support, the laughs and for the all the memories, which I will undeniably treasure – and to all the volunteers at @DissCornHall and our Young Cast chaperones for their generosity. Special mention to @daveshort100 for guiding me throughout the whole process with your first-hand knowledge, but most importantly your friendship for which I will forever vaule. And finally, to all my family and my closest who travelled varying distances to come and watch – and to all the support I have received throughout this journey. Truly blessed to have you all in my life x What a ride this year has been! 2025… I am coming for you 💪🏼

Well THAT was fun! Thank you so much for having me on @AlisonHammond @radioleary @GylesB1 and @VanessaOnAir on @ITV @thismorning @DevonParlett and I had an incredible time… “oh yes we did!” #ThisMorning #Panto
