I am a notoriously awful sleeper.
I've been wide awake since 1am. I still can't believe the news surrounding the passing of Chris Spatola.
It is a reminder to all of us that every day is precious. Tell the special people in your life that you love them.
Make every day count.
I'm at a loss for words over this horrific news.
Chris was a terrific dude...a frequent guest on both the radio and television shows over the years.
My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
🙏 RIP, Chris.

Ole Miss/LSU was incredible theater.
The next 4 weeks for the HCs at South Carolina, UNC and NC State are critical. Check the schedules.
I'm not buying Oregon.
Miami, Ole Miss are legit.
ND & UGA might be as well.

The court system is currently enhancing the deterioration of college sports. However, it’s not the only factor…there are plenty of reasons. Greed and a lack of true leadership are a solid 1 and 1A.

The most irrelevant day in CFB is upon as the AP Pre-season Top 25 Poll is released.
Ohio State and Oregon are 1-2.
Last year, it was Texas & Penn State. They both proceeded to sit on the couch watching others play in their respective conference title games & the CFB Playoffs.
Tommy John passed away today. He was a regular contributor on the old “PrimeTime with the Packman” show. Here he is after striking out QCB at Knights Stadium over 20+ years ago. RIP, Tommy. 🙏🏻
When I first heard that McAfee was releasing an album, I thought it was a joke. Damn, if he didn't do it!
I'm not in his musical demographic, so it's not on my "listen list".
However, I think it's great that he's taking risks & having fun. That's what life is all about.
When I was hired at LSU back in the 80's, Skip Bertman was one of the first people that I met. He was a true gentleman, great coach and a wonderful person.
College sports lost a great one.
