As a design community it is easy to say we should #DesignForDiversity but to actually do it requires self-examination, intentional process changes, and commitment. A huge thanks to @projectinkblot for sharing the framework, applied tools, and expertise with our Visa team today!
Incredibly inspiring day with much to celebrate, but #TheHillWeClimb delivered by @TheAmandaGorman was the surprise breakout hit of truth and inspiration our country needed.

Incredibly proud of what @Visa's global Innovation & Design team has worked hard to build over the past few years. External recognition tends to lag market impact, so it is rewarding to receive this objective 3rd party validation by @CBInsights even during a global pandemic!
We’re thrilled to be recognized by @CBInsights as one of the top innovation centers in #finance. Our Innovation Center teams work with clients and partners to tackle their most challenging business problems, advancing the world of #payments.
