"We" are all OK with you ratcheting back Jason's exposure.
And I write this as an Eagles fan.

Man if y'all upset about Coach DeBoer's rage and reaction, you didn't play ball in the 90s.
We got ear-holed, Skoal-spat, manhood-interrogated and Oklahoma-drilled on an barren patch of 60-grit sandpaper soil as hard as asphalt.
We're better men for every bit of it.
Go Spartans.

Still at a loss of words. The Banana Bowl was the greatest show we’ve ever put on.
For years, I’ve dreamed of creating our biggest event to honor everyone who has built this with us. Our players. Our cast. Our staff. And our fans.
To everyone who believed in us, and has given their heart to this: thank you. I have so much love for all of you and I’m truly overwhelmed with gratitude.

I fear that the word culture is going by way of networking which means it becomes white noise and people fear talking about it. I listen to sports radio, both within Philly and NYC (+ other cities when I travel) & nationally on ESPN and Fox Sports.
Chemistry over culture.
Culture isn't a bad thing. We simply toss too much into that bucket. It has gone way beyond buzzword.
Chemistry doesn't mean harmony all the time - on a sports radio broadcast, there are conversations and arguments. The hosts, update anchor, and producer know their jobs.

Try, fail, learn, adjust, improve. Repeat.
Most try, fail, quit.
Progress is a process. Do the work.
I'm not sure it should be a celebratory post. I mean yes the 1 run aspect clearly but your ace can't only give you 4.1.
National media...hear me out. Maybe Justin Herbert (and Mike McDaniel) aren't any good. It's ok to admit you've been wrong for many years.
