So if I'm piecing together all the random bits of this story shared all over, which who knows if any of this is true. Emphasis.
They have active natural gas wells and storage all over their base.

An idiot whoopies a Carl Gustaf round into the air, which gets caught by the strong winds, and hits a well.
Said well is next to their shoot houses, for some reason, which are also full of people training. Those get vaporized, everyone in them a casualty.
At some point, either from the well blowing up or the wild fire that it caused, their munitions depot also goes up.
500 casualties, nearest hospital only has 25 beds, massive shit show.
And I guess maybe a pipeline that also runs by the base is also damaged/destroyed too.
