@British_Airways I’m gobsmacked at the state of the aircraft you use. No wonder the Middle Eastern airlines are outperforming you. Even the domestic AA flight I’ve just flown had a decent screen, USB and WiFi. This 777 looks like it’s not been refit since the early 90’s.

I’ve been looking for flights to Florida in Aug from UK and every single route has increased significantly. The basic fare is now the price that the economy fare was last week. @easyJet_press Could you confirm how long it takes to pay my EC261 claim. You confirmed and accepted a claim and told me to wait a minimum of 14 days. That was 25th March. I can’t get a response from you now and the payment is yet to arrive.
