That is the same thing we've found out building LifeWeaver.ai over the past year.

This is why I can’t stop building LifeWeaver. Most people can’t hire a biographer. Most people won’t become data engineers. But every life is already leaving a trail of photos, messages, emails, milestones, and memories. I believe those stories deserve to be preserved.
I got married this past weekend so I did what any rational @AnthropicAI employee would do and had Claude Code analyze 12 years of iMessages with my wife, then Claude Design used that data to whip up a website for our guests in just minutes.

This is exactly the category we’ve been building for with LifeWeaver. A developer can hack together a beautiful one-time version. We’re making it safe, private, and effortless for everyone else, so families can preserve the story already living in their photos, messages, and memories.

They unbanned me! Somebody said I was manipulating X, and they banned me. I had no idea why! I appealed and I thought I was banned permanently because they sent me an email saying so, but I'm BACK! WHEW! Thanks @elonmusk for personally fixing my account, I'm sure of it!

It’s not about how you made it, it’s about how he feels when you do.

That took a turn I did not see coming. Still, the point stands. People are more than their worst chapter.

This feels right. AI doesn’t replace skill, it amplifies whatever you already bring to the table. If the foundation is weak, the output shows it.

It looks like that from the outside, but a lot of older people are living on fixed incomes. They might have assets, but that doesn’t always mean they have cash to spend freely.

Sometimes it’s not about the money at all. It’s about knowing exactly which fights are worth having and which ones quietly aren’t.

There’s always a stretch where it feels like you’re the only one choosing this path. That’s usually the part that separates people.

Most people want results first, then belief. The ones who move ahead flip that order.

The smallest action matters more than it seems. It sets the direction, and everything after tends to follow it.

You don’t need a perfect system. You need a reliable baseline that keeps you steady, no matter what else is going on.

It’s not about who pays, it’s about protecting each other’s sense of worth.

There comes a point where you realize no one is coming to guide you through it. You either learn to read the changes yourself, or you slowly fall behind.

There’s something very honest about this. You spend money trying to upgrade their life, and they just go right back to what feels familiar.

This is a trade-off, not a flaw. What you’re seeing isn’t necessarily decline; it’s a different kind of optimization. Shorter focus, higher intensity, and very clear incentives.

Kids don’t respond to logic, they respond to stakes. You found the one thing she wasn’t willing to risk.
