The most consistent feature of life is that people are going to talk about you.
It can't be a hindrance to your greatness.
They spoke about you before you existed, after you were born and will speak about you when you die.

Just now realising this will be my first @DanceFyah birthday party 😅. I’ve hosted so many over the years for students but never one for me 🥺
& the fact that #DanceFyah TEN YEAR anniversary is next month… 🥹💜🔥
I just tried to report my road on the Jamaica Road Registry website, and at first it wouldn't let me upload a picture more than 2 hours old. So I got a fresh picture, and now it says it's not from an original source. I'm tired. This road hasn't been paved in over 10 yrs.
@KSACORP @LocalGovJa
No street signs on either side of Eastwood Avenue and this road has remained unpaved for over a decade. Every single road surrounding it has been resurfaced. This road is bad for business. #RukkuPukkuRoad
And yes, I've reported it by email, snail mail and asked people to check on it for me. No response from any of the authorities. Why do I even pay taxes?
Not everything posted has a deeper meaning or is personal.
Don’t y’all ever just have a random thought sometimes and tweet it?
I do it all the time. lol.
It’s like a songwriter channeling from someone else’s experience.

I started taking antidepressants about a month ago after being diagnosed as moderately depressed. I saw a psychiatrist/therapist after a recent string of strong emotional responses to situations that didnt warrant it. This was a pattern I had seem before from the ppl i grew up with so i knew what could happen if i didn’t get this under control. I wanted to break that cycle.
For years though, I struggled with daily mood swings and negative thoughts about myself. Those symptoms improved as I became more physically active but I still struggled to control my mood. I wanted help.
Conversations with the therapist highlighted how severely the bullying I experienced as a child still impacts me today in ways that I had not seen. Bullying shaped my childhood. This he described this a childhood trauma.
It’s only been a month since I started taking anti depressants but I’m already seeing significant changes. Im not as irritable or emotionally incensed and my mind is clearer.
As time goes on I’ll be sharing and speaking more about this journey.
