Why does every streaming service at the first sign of credits shrink the movie to a thumbnail and say "okay here's the next thing to watch", even if the movie is not even over yet. Drives me nuts. (Watched Only Yesterday on Max, which cuts out the whole ending if you let it.)
Finally got to watch A Boy and the Heron. What a delightful movie, and a great swan song for Miyazaki. Part of me feels deeply sad that he will not be making any more movies, but I'm very glad he came out of retirement to do one more movie. Might be my favorite Studio Ghibli film
I am so curious as to how Sylux from Prime Hunters fits into Metroid Prime 4. I want that game so bad.

My dad took his own life this morning. It still doesn't feel real. He was in a lot of pain, he knew he was loved. I know he loved me and our family. That brings some comfort. Make sure your loved ones know you love them as much as you can, you never know when they might be gone.

You know what's messed up? I will watch commercials from my childhood for fun, and actually find them to be creative in some way and enjoy it as a sort of art form even though it's purely commercial. Commercials today just feel completely robotic, and don't sell me at all. /1
There are youtubers who put work into their sponsorships that bring me back to that time though today, like @brutalmoose, does a creative commercial every sponsorship, which makes the brand look good and the ad fun to watch, even though its just trying to get me to buy something.
I just put down my best friend, and the greatest cat I've ever had. I knew it would be hard, but it's harder than I thought. I'm glad I got to be there for her, and hold her until the end. I love, and will always love you Samone.
