Of course, here is the link to the extracted assets as listed in the post: spriters-resource.com/pc_com… Please note that this includes only the sprites. I have manually inserted them into the scene and animated them to the internal animation data. Thank you very much for your inquiry!

I realize this imagery is very outlandish but it did in fact appear in the official Nintendo of Europe VIP 24:7 content. Please see my earlier post: xitter.cf/MarioBrothBlog/status/… The files can be downloaded here: archive.org/details/nintendo…
Previously I have posted about a Nintendo of Europe downloadable premium animated wallpaper that featured a bizarre Toad eating the wallpaper. The files have finally been datamined, allowing the Wallpaper-Eating Toad to be observed in never-before-seen maximum quality.
In Super Mario Galaxy, the Major Burrows boss was not tested very well in 2-player mode. If the P2 cursor is used to make the player jump too high, his position will desync from the ground and he will float angrily and unmovingly through the air.

No, that has been fixed, fortunately! Thank you very much for your inquiry!
Under very specific circumstances that are still plausible to occur during regular gameplay, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door will undergo a "Mario Running Forever Softlock" whereby Mario will run in place eternally instead of ever starting his turn.

It appears to be a complex situation, and it is currently being investigated. There is emulator-level patching being applied, but the actual intended purpose of it is unclear. It could be a rare combination of a patch and a bug. Once more is known, I will make a follow-up post!

As mentioned in the video (I apologize for not including a visual), it is the slide course accessed via this pipe in Delfino Plaza. However, the top of the Pachinko course has the same property, though it much harder to reach! I hope this can be of interest!
Exclusively in the Japanese version of Super Mario Sunshine, there is a physics oversight on a platform in a secret course whereby Mario will be stuck on the ground producing dust. The steam-like dust visuals and sound effects make it seem like he is being fried or grilled.
Addendum: upon even further investigation, reader @zestmcquest discovered that this IS in fact a deliberate change, done on the NSO emulator level as a patch (the ROM is the same, the emulator changes the expression). However, we still do not know why is was changed.
In the Nintendo Switch Online version of Mario Party 3, Daisy's happy winning expression was changed to a more serene/confident one. This is the only expression that was changed. It is unknown if this is a glitch or if the developers believed it to better express her personality.

Unique Mario voice lines by Charles Martinet recorded for a 2009 soundboard on Nintendo's Australian website, including lines like "I love Australia!", "I love the propeller hat!" and "Ah, spaghetti, meatballs, and pizza pie".

I am terribly sorry; it is quite bizarre wording but it is what is really happening! Normally only areas around the playable area are "out of bounds" but due to bugs some areas within the playable area mistakenly get designated as out of bounds as well! I hope this is acceptable!
In Super Mario 64, tiny slivers of exposed out-of-bounds areas will cause Mario to bonk if he collides with them. However, the exact same scenario in Super Mario Sunshine is much more cruel to Mario. Here, instead of merely bonking, Mario will break his spine.
Sound Fantasy was a cancelled SNES game that would have used the SNES Mouse to draw pictures to turn into sound, like a musical Mario Paint. A prototype of it surfaced in 2015. One of the sample images is this unique illustration of Mario that plays the Happy Birthday song.
Experimental post: The Duality of Whacka
In the Switch version of Paper Mario: TTYD, Whacka can finally be fought, and has a suspiciously specific 108 HP. The game both offers a ridiculously simplistic explanation for this as well as a complex one steeped in Dharmic symbolism.

It appears to be a developer code left behind unintentionally in the finished game; it is almost certainly not an intentional cheat since it interacts in a glitchy way with so many scenarios. Thank you very much for your inquiry!
It is possible to beat Donkey Kong Country 2 completely pacifist using a combination of secrets and glitches, allowing no enemy or boss to be harmed. Ironically, getting the true ending destroys Crocodile Isle, killing everyone on it anyway.
