T2. GPT4 is accessible now, but clinical use requires attention to both PHI (OpenAI uses prompts to retrain) and hallucinations/confabulations.

Also important to remember that while GPT4 is the most "readily available" via the API (not for PHI!!), there will likely be other, similar and more efficient LLMs coming down the line shortly. So most of my comments will be about large generative LMs, not only GPT4. #RadAIChat
