I have a theory... that no person, who does not already have existing wealth, ever considered capital gains tax rates, capital gains inclusion rates, or lifetime capital gains exceptions in whether they should embark on an entrepreneurial path.
'Big raise on the table'? It's a $7k increase to her $200k salary. I know marketing pros paid more.
Chow was handed a $1.7B deficit, raised property taxes to $324 per house py, keeping Toronto at one of the lowest taxed regions in Ontario.
She's literally taxing the rich
As Toronto looks to boost taxes big time, cut police and other spending, there is a big raise on the table for Mayor Olivia Chow and her senior staff.

Back with another Brodflour scone review.
Today we tried espresso & dark chocolate. Subtle flavours and perfect texture. Moist, but didn't fall apart.
Somehow, it make my coffee taste better. Another 10/10 experience.
Now my biggest claim to fame is that I lived in Wrexham for two years after I graduated from Bangor University.

Being ED of a charity means spending a morning pitching for funding and spending that afternoon ripping up your apartment trying to find the disposable cutlery for a breakfast event. Never a dull moment.
