Platipus team still recovering from SBC Lisbon 🧘‍♀️ Three days, a packed booth, lots of conversations, new contacts and quite a few follow-ups waiting for us now. We heard so many nice things about the booth itself. Really appreciate everyone who noticed the little details. We put a lot into them, so it was good to see it actually landed. This video says the rest. Thanks to everyone who stopped by B538 and spent some time with us 💜

Prediction Markets Weekly Open Interest: @Kalshi — $1.42B (+17.4%) @Polymarket — $540M (−2.5%) @Novig — $12.4M (+44.4%) @predictdotfun — $9.5M (−11.2%) @trylimitless — $7.8M (+20.0%) @opinionlabsxyz — $3.21M (−4.7%) @HyperliquidX HIP-4 — $1.87M (−74.2%) @SX_Bet — $650K (+56.6%) @Kalshi equity index perps got the headlines. For growing prediction-market OI, election positioning ahead of the US midterms looks like a more plausible driver. HIP-4 has a demand problem to work through. Recent data shows more markets being traded, but fewer daily traders. Activity is slowing even while rewards keep flowing, and order books remain thin. @Outcomexyz, what’s the reason? @Novig , meanwhile, reported a $2B valuation. Attention secured. Now comes keeping those traders.

Not an accurate picture. Let's see on weekdays (Sep 21–25): Hyperliquid - $19.15M in revenue Polymarket - $15.20M That’s 26% more for Hyperliquid. Post uses a window that favors Polymarket: weekends, when prediction markets are more active. Zoom out.
Last weekend’s revenue: Polymarket: $9.9m Hyperliquid: $2.64m $HYPE is an $86 billion token 🧐

.@Collector_Crypt is one of best examples of crypto actually making sense in ripping i like how many things they connected around same product gacha > instant liquidity > marketplace > solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp > buybacks/burns > partner distribution Q3 gacha did $400m, with $378m going back through card buybacks/redemptions. net revenue was $33.1m, up from $12.5m in Q2 ripping competitors mostly dont have a native token tied into product economics like this 25.54m solana:CARDSccUMFKoPRZxt5vt3ksUbxEFEcnZ3H2pd3dKxYjp have already been burned, 1.28% of fixed supply. latest burn alone was 3.06m tokens, around $570k at time of burn burns come from token buybacks + LP fee harvests, so there is actual platform activity behind this 👏 Collector Crypt is slowly becoming infrastructure, they already power packs inside @JupiterExchange, @solflare and other products through their API thats a pretty good extra revenue/product layer for iGaming too. you already have users who like opening things and taking risk, now you can plug real collectibles into same audience without becoming TCG company yourself if @coinbase really goes deeper into card packs and picks CC as supplier, imagine distribution from that but there is one thing i still want more - fun Collector Crypt feels very fundamental rn: revenue, token, burns, infrastructure. all good. but ripping is still entertainment and collecting e.g. @TiltRips is good at making users feel part of something: free packs, daily loops, VIP treatment, founder constantly talking to users. @Courtyard_io also feels more collector-first CC has points, packs and rewards already, but id push much harder on community, creators, iGaming crossovers and actual collector vibe imo best version of Collector Crypt sits somewhere between all three they already built hardest part, now make it more fun and for iGaming projects looking to add ripping, id probably have them very high on supplier list from day one

Top 5 Perp DEX by dominance (7D) @HyperliquidX — 33.2% (−5.2%) @variational_io — 13.5% (+21.4%) @Lighter_xyz — 9.9% (+11.1%) @Aster_DEX — 7.5% (−24.6%) @edgeX_exchange — 4.1% (−39.8%) Variational was #5 on our leaderboard. Now it’s #2. The only venue in this week’s top five with growing volume, plus a 17% increase in OI. This looks more like pre-TGE activity driven by points, with traders simply making use of the incentives already available. Let’s see how much of that activity remains after TGE. Elsewhere, Hyperliquid, Lighter and Aster traded less, but OI held up. edgeX had a tougher week: volume −49%, OI −63%. And @RobinhoodApp just announced US perps through Bitstamp. Another competitor with an existing user base.

sportsbook has a second screen problem 84% of people watching live sports in US use another device at same time 52% are on social media 59% are messaging which means sportsbook isnt really fighting another sportsbook for attention during game its fighting X, group chats, stats, clips, fantasy, streamer chat and everything else open on your phone thats probably why i still think most sportsbook UX is behind during live game i dont want to search 6 menus for one market. i have like 10 seconds before something else steals attention streamers already own part of second screen. audience watches game, watches them react, talks in chat and bets at same time whoever makes those things feel like one flow probably wins a lot of attention sportsbook is one of my core things in iGaming, so next one is fun @LIQDcom sportsbook is live now. i was one of first to get access and already testing it gonna look at it exactly from this angle: live UX, speed, markets, betslip and how painful it is to use while actually watching game LIQD says play it, break it sounds fair coming back with notes soon
Sportsbook is live.

Kalshi holds 80% market share in US prediction markets. Everyone else is fighting over the remaining 20%. But competitors are gaining ground. @Polymarket US holds around 11%, while @Novig is already approaching 2% less than two months after its regulated US launch.

35x is still median for casino welcome bonuses traditional casino acquisition still leans heavily on same old loop: deposit match > wager it 35x > maybe withdraw crypto casinos barely play same game anymore @rollbit bonus balance: 5x @gamdom: 1x deposit turnover @shufflecom: 1x @Roobet: 1x @Duelbits: 0.1x not exactly apples to apples, because these crypto numbers are mostly withdrawal/reward mechanics, not classic welcome bonus wagering but thats kinda the point @gamdom literally says traditional bonuses arent core to their system anymore. its rakeback, weekly/monthly rewards, reloads, promos etc meanwhile some traditional casinos on CPO still go as high as 200x (like Aztec Riches) 😭 im glad newer crypto casinos moved away from this maybe best bonus is not having to grind bonus at all 200x still kills me tho

deadstock is a hidden gem in ripping i’ve been following them for a while. JTCC deal gave them access to PSA 10 cards from Japan. now they’ve signed @CGCCards once rollout starts, collectors in Japan will be able to submit raw cards for CGC grading without dealing with overseas shipping and insurance themselves. graded cards can stay in a Japanese vault while ownership trades on @deadstock_app. CGC’s top grades are planned for packs too pretty obvious upside here: – more certified cards entering the platform – buyers get a grade they can actually price around – cards can change hands without shipping slab around or taking deadstock buyback my bet on next grading names: @TAGgrading first, then @PSAcard and @beckettcollect PSA 10 supply is already there through JTCC, and PSA + Beckett share a parent company, so wouldnt be surprised if thats where this goes next not trying to start rumors, but im damn sure this company will be near top soon
This just in: A ton of new grails have been added to Deadstock! And the highlight of the day? This beautiful 2016 Japanese XY Promo #276 FA/Charizard EX. To make it yours, head to deadstock.gg today 🏃🏻

Prediction Markets Weekly Open Interest: @Kalshi: $1.21B (+14.1%) @Polymarket: $554M (+4.1%) @predictdotfun: $10.7M (−16.4%) @Novig: $8.59M (+5.7%) @HyperliquidX HIP-4: $7.25M (−1.4%) @trylimitless: $6.5M (+32.7%) @opinionlabsxyz: $3.37M (−2.4%) @SX_Bet: $415K (−49.9%) NFL Sunday brought reported daily notional-volume records for Kalshi and Novig. Novig crossed $100M for the first time. Plenty of trading, though those contracts settle quickly. Kalshi and Polymarket both added OI through fresh legal trouble. Limitless had the biggest percentage gain on our list. Its recent product addition: NFL games in packs, introduced on Sep 21. A possible contributor. @predictdotfun launched 15-minute stock markets and expanded maker rebates, yet OI fell 16.4%. HIP-4 was almost flat. Jeff announced plans to double both active-market and daily deployment limits per builder in the next upgrade. More room to launch markets; demand still has to follow. Btw, @Outcomexyz led 90% of HIP-4 OI & volume 👏

shuffle is back in top 5 surpassing gamdom togi will do it? i wrote before how they usually find smaller/local creators and grow with them. @wassimostv was one example right now circus tracks 154 streamers for shuffle vs 57 for gamdom, so gamdom went more concentrated around big names while shuffle went much wider now they added @ShaneStoffer on top, while he had offers from gamdom and roobet too @Tanzanite_xyz had shuffle going from $37.2m to $45.6m in weekly deposits, new depositors +11% and avg deposit from ~$291 to ~$372 @Circusfyi has them even higher now at $54.6m over 7d, back above gamdom at $41.5m too early to say thats togi, because most of weekly window was before announcement. but two days after signing shuffle did +41% in 24h deposits, so at least there is something worth watching and now we have best frens steve on gamdom and togi on shuffle is real streamer battle about to begin? imagine collabs they could do across two competing casinos. or just stage some beef, get few arguments going and farm clips for both brands lol easy distribution streamers still look like one of strongest acquisition channels rn btw $SHFL also moved, togi did you touch chart too? good job @noahdummett and team
The biggest signing of the year

more celebs are getting into ripping (same story we saw with casinos) @AntoGriezmann's @GriziCards has a shop in Madrid and runs weekly live breaks on Whatnot the guy was already talking about having two rooms of cards back in 2023. this hobby goes deep lol he’s also a longtime NBA fan, now playing for Orlando City in the US. i’d imagine being surrounded by american sports and collecting culture only feeds that obsession @TomBrady owns 50% of @CardVaultTB. Jay-z, Dana White and Aaron Judge joined its investor group in august. quite a few familiar names putting money into cardboard Griezmann has years of collecting behind him and a football audience to bring along imo, ripping is at peak hype rn

5 ripping creators we’re watching rn not a follower ranking, just 5 names we find interesting @Mystic_Rips — probably cleanest example of digital ripping already being part of normal TCG content. tilt, courtyard, drip + his own packs @joshwoshyy — same idea, but very creator-native. tilt, courtyard, drip, cardoutpost and his own packs already live around regular pokemon content @DeepPocketMnstr — by far biggest reach here and already touched drip. interesting mainly because ripping doesnt need to stay a niche product for niche creators @MINHxDYNASTY — crypto audience first, cards second. already did collector crypt content with Tuom and pulled 50k+ views. probably one of more interesting bridges between web3 and TCG @friskk — content for collector crypt + 136 straight days ripping pokemon until he hit a gengar. simple hook for get more retention also watching @AllInAbe + @Stewie neither is really a TCG creator, but both already started playing with ripping / Tilt on stream from time to time next wave doesnt have to come from TCG creators only gaming, crypto and betting streamers already know how to monetize an audience. ripping is just another format they can plug into btw @senortilt is looking for creators rn and paying $500 for a 5 min youtube review might wanna steal a few names from this list lol if i missed someone, drop them below, lets help Señor out
🚨🚨 $500 for 5 min YouTube Review 🚨🚨 If you have a YouTube channel with decent following and enjoy ripping packs of Pokemon, One Piece or sports cards, this is for you! Come enjoy $500 worth of complimentary packs on @TiltRips to come try out our site, poke around the product features and leave us an honest product demo and full review. Anything you win you keep. We have had pulls as high as $75,000 and multipliers as high as 8400x!! If your channel is trading card game (TCG) focused, great, but that is NOT necessary. If you a big content creator in ANY FIELD, I will happily pay for an honest product review. Reply if you're interested and @johnamorosana will load you up with funds to give us a try. Senor

Top 5 Perp DEX by dominance (last 7D) @HyperliquidX — 35.3% (+9.1%) @variational_io — 11.2% (+51.8%) @Aster_DEX — 10.0% (-11.4%) @Lighter_xyz — 9.0% (-1.9%) @edgeX_exchange — 6.8% (-4.0%) Hyperliquid had a week. $57B volume (+23%), $20M fees (+38%), HYPE hit a new ATH around $98, trailing stops went live, and Binance finally listed HYPE spot today. Variational was the real leaderboard mover: volume +71%, share +52%, and it flipped Aster for #2. Part of that spike likely came from the final stretch of the points campaign, which pulled more farming activity into the venue. Variational has now confirmed the program will continue into Q4. Aster stayed flat on volume, edgeX grew 8%, but both lost share. Headline week for Hyperliquid. Breakout week for Variational.

$999M into US spot BTC ETFs on Sept 21. Biggest daily net inflow of 2026. ETF demand was already building before BTC broke $86K. So that spot demand could help sustain the rally after the short squeeze loses steam. Now we watch whether the buying continues.

Prediction Markets Weekly Open Interest: @Kalshi: $1.3B (+30%) @Polymarket: $493M (-8%) @Novig: $21.3M (NEW to our list) @predictdotfun: $12.8M (+29%) @HyperliquidX HIP-4: $7.3M (+2%) @trylimitless: $4.90M (-37%) @opinionlabsxyz: $3.4M (-4%) @SX_Bet: $536K (+7%) Kalshi added $300M in open interest, with NFL underway and FOMC on September 15–16. On wash-trading claims: high volume relative to OI alone proves very little. Sports positions can trade repeatedly and settle quickly. Polymarket US segment is worth watching – $133M OI, already 27% of its combined total. Even with @tradexyz live, HIP-4 is still at just $7.3M OI. Hyperliquid’s open positions remain overwhelmingly in perps. And welcome Novig to our list. Straight into third place at $21.3M thanks to @sydney_sweeney.

Top 5 Perp DEX by dominance (last 7D) @HyperliquidX — 33.9% (-13%) @Aster_DEX — 13.8% (+38%) @Lighter_xyz — 9.3% (+19%) @variational_io — 8.5% (+60%) @edgeX_exchange — 7.2% (+13%) Aster adjusted fees for RWA and Group B perps, while RWA maker volume still gets a 10x boost toward VIP/MM tiers. Lighter posted the biggest OI growth in top 5. Robinhood integration did ~$5B volume and $200M+ OI in August. Variational swaps are live now with TradFi-sourced liquidity. edgeX goes live on Circle’s Arc on Sep 16 with 24/7 FX perps + 150 more markets across stocks, commodities and crypto. Does edgeX wake up after Sep 16?

bullish on ripping, but i get KBM here bankers and crypto bros buying cards almost regardless of price. sounds familiar crypto gamblers always need a new drug. NFTs, prediction markets, now ripping B2B rush is what worries been talking to @dripshop_live and Fun Machine lately. both looking at B2B. i get the appeal, but my worry is ending up with the casino white label factory all over again e.g. @Collector_Crypt partners generated $14.1m in pack spending in Q2 2026, including $6.3m through Solflare, according to @Blockworks report same report’s august snapshot puts 87% of lifetime spend with just 3.7% of wallets. that’s one platform, but it shows how concentrated the spending can be my worry is B2B could hurt this market by making copies easier to launch than new paying users are to find. everyone ends up fighting over the same spenders buyback terms still feel too hard to compare. tools like @Tanzanite_xyz for ripping could put prices, fees and actual payouts side by side, like comparing slot RTP or sportsbook margins, so users will end up with the more experienced and fundamental platforms smaller products with soul could still grow around their own communities and exclusive items. collectors would come back for that particular selection and the people behind it. @senortilt is the kind of builder i have in mind @deadstock_app is another authentic product that perfectly fits to their audience and would love to see they stick to that not going B2B (just imo) that leaves generic white labels in a rough spot. they’d need to compete with the big platforms on terms or give collectors something they can’t get everywhere else. just having another site won’t be much of an advantage imo, collecting should stay collecting. niche, personal, a bit obsessive

two creators i'd study if i ran a skins or unboxing platform 👇 @ohnePixel has 1M+ youtube subscribers and a @csmoneytrade partnership. an audience already deep into skins, prices and trading. pretty obvious fit when he announced his involvement in SkinBid in december 2023: ~21k peak live viewers, 580k views on the announcement. the site went down under the traffic @JuicyCS2 has ~685k youtube subscribers. one “opened every case on PackDraw” video pulled 300k+ views. people specifically clicked to watch him use the platform juicy also publicly drove 22k users and one whale worth $2.7m under single code and i found 46 Juicy videos with @CSGORoll promos. there’s even a Juicy V3 case on the site @PackDraw ranks #1 in @Circusfyi unboxing category. around 40% of tracked deposit volume in that category. imo their creator strategy is a big reason they're there advantage is reaching people who already trust whoever’s showing them the product. that goes well beyond casino sites that's why we're onboarding products and creators across different verticals at @verifluence. not just casinos, and not just casino streamers now i want to find guys doing this for ripping
