🇺🇸🇺🇦🇷🇺 Witkoff heads to Oslo for Ukraine peace talks this week, then straight to Moscow to see Putin...
The Oslo round is set to put Zelensky in a room with Witkoff, Norway's prime minister, the E4 of Britain, France, Germany and Poland, plus the EU and NATO. Kushner is sick and will dial in.
From there Witkoff goes to Russia, where the agenda covers Ukraine and the release of Stephen Hubbard, an American jailed since 2022.
Three sources say the schedule is tentative.
The backdrop is the ugliest week between Washington and Kyiv since the war began.
Kyiv says intelligence sharing has been cut back and the Patriots other countries already paid for haven't shipped, with one source confirming Hegseth still hasn't signed off on the latest NATO-funded package.
Zelensky's line Monday was that "some political decision has been made to slow down support for us." Washington denies it, hours after Trump told reporters maybe it's time for Ukraine to find a new negotiator.
That's the deal on the table: a peace process where the mediator is openly feuding with one side, flying to the other, and holding the air defense keys while Kyiv absorbs 16 ballistic missiles a night.
Ukraine either walks into Oslo and takes what the room offers, or it goes dark on Patriots and hopes Europe can fill the gap before winter.
Neither one is a position Zelensky picked.

Hitler had been dead for three weeks when Churchill asked his generals for a plan to attack the Soviet Union. German soldiers were supposed to march on his side.
The plan was called Operation UNTHINKABLE.
In May 1945, British military planners examined a surprise attack on the Red Army, with July 1 set as the starting date. The offensive would involve British and American forces, Polish troops, and rearmed Wehrmacht divisions.
But Stalin already knew what was coming from Soviet intelligence. In June, Marshal Zhukov unexpectedly regrouped Soviet forces and strengthened their defenses.
Meanwhile, British generals were doing the math. The Red Army outnumbered Western forces in Central Europe by roughly three to one. A quick victory looked unlikely, and a full-scale war against the USSR could drag on for years.
Churchill never launched the attack. But he had ordered his generals to prepare for war against the very country Britain had just fought alongside.
