One of those rare photos that makes you stop in your tracks and whisper, "Wow..."

A man suddenly approaches a group of street musicians and asks, “Can I play with you? I’ve got my pan flute.” When they ask what he wants to play, he chooses Vivaldi’s Winter from "The Four Seasons"—one of the most difficult pieces there is.
And then he leaves everyone around him in awe. On the pan flute, Michel Tirabosco delivers an incredibly skillful performance, with remarkable breath control and emotion. Even though this was a planned flash-mob-style setup, the real talent of the musicians and the pure joy they bring still move people deeply.
A beautiful moment of music, connection, and limitless passion.

Would either of you @TiceRichard @ReformDurham like to come on my show and discuss? We’ve asked repeatedly now so hoping your post below means you’re keen to talk?
Durham County Council under Reform leadership WINNING 4 national awards last night
@cathynewman @SkyNews will this be reported by you in the interests of balance?
Or will you continue with your anti reform political activism in breach of Ofcom guidelines
Reform is hiring at least 12 faux journalists to add to their already venal army of influencers, disrupters and rage baiters to expand its output of disinformation

Gavin Williamson was appointed Defence Secretary to replace Michael Fallon. According to Cadwalladr’s evidence, it was Williamson who contacted Richard Tice, the co-chair of the Leave EU campaign, with warnings about connections between Russia and his former co-chair Arron Banks.

Was just explaining this to someone at Labour’s conference - Crown Estate owns the coast and seabed and charges for the use of it for green energy projects - pushing up energy bills. It’s one of several hidden drivers of energy bills - making them higher than we need.

If I were involved in any extreme right-wing affiliated group, I’d be asking myself a fairly uncomfortable question over this post.
Why is it that politicians like Nigel Farage and Richard Tice seem at their loudest when figures like Tommy Robinson or Danny Tommo are dominating the headlines?
When the anger spills onto the streets, journalists arrive. Then the issue shoots up the political agenda. Then established politicians get to step forward, condemn the excesses or peddle hot takes to keep the issue on the boil, but still benefit from the grievance and attention that produced them.
The people peddling hate, stirring division and whipping up prejudice take the risks. The opportunist political class gets the airtime. It's a self-perpetuating cycle of hate Vs consequences, time and time again.
You don’t need to believe there’s coordination or conspiracy to see the dynamic.
It’s almost as though a febrile and angry section of society is politically useful to people who can harness its grievances while keeping just enough distance from it when it becomes too much for them.

We have some proud traditions and organisations in the UK. The RNLI is one of the cornerstones. To denigrate the people who risk their lives and to disrespect the memory of those who have given their lives is reprehensible 38d.gs/jpcf #ThankYouRNLI

The best tghing about this alleged spontaneous video is right at the end when one of Farage's team calls out 'Thankyou Derek'
It really is straight out of the Lee Anderson playbook
A good read for the hard of thinking reform cultists
Let me give you a really good example.
The “Le Touquet Treaty” is an agreement between Uk and France that allows UK border officials to operate the UK border inside France. You might be familiar with this at the ferry ports, Eurostar etc.
If the British border force find some migrants hidden in a truck on its way to the UK, they turf them out and they are France’s problem.
The UK gets much more out of this agreement than the French.
So, let’s say we piss off the French by dragging boats and dumping them on Calais beaches.
They’ll just pause or postpone the treaty in retaliation.
Which will be handy for the people smugglers. They can start using trucks again.
This is just one of many, many examples. We also rely on France for electricity. And we rely on the entire EU for our entire economy to function as it does today.
We are a middle power. Not a super power. We have to respect the rights and wishes of other nations, or they can damage us.

Union with Wales 1543. Wales and England unite with Scotland 1707. Acts of Union with Ireland 1800. The blind ignorance of Reform MPs about their own country never ceases to amaze.
Britain’s borders have stood the test of time since 1066.
Now criminal gangs have successfully penetrated our island fortress and have profited while a series of weak governments have failed to protect our country. All the while, illegal migrants are rewarded with benefits on arrival.
Reform UK will declare a national security emergency, secure our borders, stop the boats, save lives, and restore the rule of law.
This madness must end.

My dad treasured his garden tools. He cleaned them, sharpened them, and looked after them properly. I’m fairly sure he had the same spade, fork and secateurs for my entire childhood.
He didn’t buy cheap tools that lasted a season. He saved up, bought quality, and expected them to last a lifetime.
Somewhere along the way we’ve accepted that replacing things is normal. It isn’t. Buying well, caring for what we own, repairing rather than replacing, and valuing craftsmanship over convenience are old values worth returning to.
Fewer things. Better things. Made to last, looked after, and treasured.
