A few months ago, the community officially voted to implement minimum validator fees on the #Casper Network. Today, we face the critical decision of fixing that percentage.
In our validator circle, the consensus is torn between 5% and 10%.
I’ll be blunt: I do not believe a 10% fee serves the best interest of our blockchain’s growth. Yet, with $CSPR at its current levels, a 5% fee is the absolute bare minimum just to keep the servers breathing.
Since the very first day, I have chosen to run my validator at a loss. I have stayed in the red, absorbing the costs myself because I gave my word to this community. My loyalty to you hasn't wavered.
I will always fight for the lowest possible fees, even when it’s my own pocket that feels the weight of that promise.
Now, the choice is yours. What do you feel is the right balance for our future? Is 5% acceptable, or is 10% the necessary path?

@EraGuardian has built a great tool to boost community engagement. All you need to do is connect your wallet and cast your vote on cspr(.)vote.
How it works:This vote is currently consultative. However, if we reach a quorum on the tool, I will follow the majority result for my final decision. (Note: I think that the weight of your vote is proportional to your delegation, which helps us reach that quorum).
