This is only available until the end of the week and @voicenotesai is a fantastic tool to take voice notes and use AI to understand more about them. Highly recommend you get the believer plan before it goes away for good. voicenotes.com/?via=marc
Quick heads up β€” the lifetime plan is ending this week. With some of the features we plan to roll out, we realized that a one-time price just won’t cut it. This also means anyone who upgraded as a β€˜Believer’ will enjoy unbelievable value in return for their early support. ❀️

Fancy new @jamieoliver website looks like it's using @astrodotbuild v4. So much cleaner and easy to navigate and the page loads are superfast. cc @ascorbic

This is a fantastic app which analyses your GitHub stars using AI to see what it says about you. Great work from @maxtkacz using our @n8n_io workflows. πŸŽ‰ starlens.aisprint.dev/

Now you can simply "cmd+v" to paste an attachment within a note. Please RT for visibility. Appreciate your support as we build the best place to store and retrieve your notes. ❀️

Solid thread about the Crowdstrike issue. Determine why the process failed and not attempt to blame a single line of code or a specific software engineer.
"Professional programmers" focusing on CrowdStrike disassembly/language is a coping mechanism that protects them from realizing that there is a remotely updated 3rd party kernel module that is deployed on significant part of the world. That is why real postmortems are important.

This is a fascinating talk by @drowaudio about (not) building a digital audio workstation (DAW). Lots of detail into what’s needed and how long it would take to write each part. It shows the unseen challenges in software development. youtu.be/GMlnh6_9aTc?si=UrEI…

A great thread for those of us who having been looking for new roles in tech (after layoffs in my case).
Big tech jobs are not what they were. Amazon made my career and "my life", but things have changed. Here is the good, the bad and the ugly of today’s big tech job options:

Thanks to @nickytonline, I went with zoxide. It seems pretty similar, and can be installed with @MacHomebrew. Updated my dotfiles with it.πŸ‘
