Met up with my old mates from Rehash Rangers FC, Most I haven’t seen in over 45 years. We were the school football team that formed post school and went on to win loads of Essex men’s league trophies . A lovely night with old friends.

"The harmonic and melodic combinations that are going on in 'She Loves You' are just sick. The Beatles are so ahead of the game in pop at that moment. If that’s all they ever did, you’d still hear it on the radio.
"Another sick thing about the Beatles is they make almost everything the chorus. You think you’ve heard all the hooks, and then some hook that really sells you on the song surfaces in the middle, only lasts a few seconds and disappears, never to return again.
"The Beatles set the rock pop paradigm we are in. If you go from 'Love Me Do' to 'Helter Skelter', that covers about 85-90 percent of popular rock music.
"I wanted a band that could play any style of music, and they were the model. Why can’t you have an alternative band that’s the Beatles? Why can’t you do the rock n’ roll album then do the acoustic-ish album? If the Beatles can do it, we can do it. Although you could never be as good as the Beatles.
"They are the best band ever. You can debate me all you want, but they’re the best band ever."

My 9 albums. If asked tomorrow it would change. It could have been all Beatles.

One of the truly great punk 45’s. Unlike others the Undertones were punk to their bones, while other other bands changed image, to jump on the bandwagon. They were and are the real deal share.google/NnBL0DrepFHnXoj…

Leicester City from League One here, could we have our two 4th placed finishes now please, and maybe stop docking us points for over spending after missing out on Champions League Football twice? 😉🙄😂 #lcfc
Very sad, loved her, a true voice of reason. RIP Bonnie Greer.

Glad of 3 points, but apparently battered after going 4-1 up. They had two disallowed for offside. 🦊
7 goals at Edgeley Park today as Leicester City won 4-3 vs Stockport County 👏 🦊
