Privilege insurance must have been hacked... Website certificates are duff, applications fall over trying to get to make a renewal and 1.45 HOURS on hold before I gave up. Seriously, if this is business as usual I need a new insurance company. Go compare in the morning for me.

Very disappointing response from what I thought was a reputable airline! Take responsibility for your customers @emirates
So we booked for 1st time with @emirates. The connecting flight is apparently with @flydubai who cancelled flight. Either option costs us $400 or we cancel holiday. Apparently no compensation or an upgrade 'can' be offered. #poorcustomerservice 😔
