The divide with MW4 seems to vary greatly between content creators and their supporters and your actual casual CoD player. Content creators who are permanently online and making CoD content heavily influence their community with negative confirmation bias. Not everyone is going to like MW4 and that’s fine. Some prefer Treyarch or prefer frantic cocaine fueled movement which is fine. But most of the people complaining have been negative towards CoD since the brand reboot that began with MW2019. It’s ok to just not be into CoD anymore. Go play BO1 and BO2 and be happy. MW4 isn’t perfect I have complaints and things I’d like them to fix but this is the first game in a while to start off on good footing and not tack on a sequel to fix the previous game like we had with MWII and MWIII. Your actual average cod player that boots up to just enjoy a few hour of mindless shooting is having fun. It really feels like they took the Marvel Rivals approach and built it for the casuals first. Like I said it’s not perfect, but it’s a fun ride for what it is and I can’t wait to see what improvements they make.
Is this so unbelievable though lol? We have to move past older game’s being placed on this mantle that can never be surpassed because “it’s my favorite game”, and just accept that maybe IW actually did their due diligence and make a killer campaign that sits with BO1.

Bloomberg: Epic Games is going all in on AI as an unannounced shooter featuring Marvel & Star Wars characters is implementing an "AI first" production model:
"No more hand-written code", said one of the directors to staff. The director added that all art for the game would be "generated with full AI workflows."
