I decided to watch Bladerunner 2049 and I can see why this collaboration is tone deaf and in bad faith with the disregard of the message and plot of the movie. The whole wording of the "interlinked" is even misused because K was being dehumanized by saying those words after each sentence made when he was being interrogated. The way INFOLD uses the word "interlinked" is confusing because I don't know if this is a way of them saying the Li(s) are interlinked with Mc when in Bladerunner terms, it used for dehumanizing purposes, stripping one from their humanity. It begs to question whether they watch the movie or they didn't because the things that were seen on this trailer was jarring af. Bladerunner is a warning of humans becoming infatuated with an ai campaign to capitalize on lonely humans emotions (as most have said) yet INFOLD has not only taken that message paralleled it hardcore: 1). The fact that Joi was deleted by the very same company that created her (INFOLD didn't delete Valko's files but his removal from LADs is speaks volumes) 2). The stairs that Officer K had perished on was also very sad only for INFOLD to use Zayne and Mc to lay on those stairs. It's jarring how INFOLD took a scene like that, a movie about warning about parasocialism and losing one's humanity from having an Ai partner only intensify the said existence of parasocialism with Li(s) created from binary numbers 0s and 1s yet some will still argue that it is not a "big deal" The movie was good to watch but it has opened my eyes to how INFOLD once again fails to do research on any piece of media they decide to collaborate. For all future purposes, I think INFOLD/PPG should stop doing any form of collaborations because given how their terrible their reputation is, no fandom, movie, tv show or game don't want INFOLD to poison their beloved media and two the toxic CDGs use this opportunity to harass other fandoms because they were fueled (even if it wasn't INFOLD's intentions) and delulu'd into thinking that they can harass any fandom without any consequences all because they are behind the screen of their phone devices. To the Bladerunner fans that saw this collaboration and were harassed by the CDGs/Antis of LADs, I'm sorry that INFOLD had to collab with an beloved movie while having to deal with the toxic CDGs that continues to plague other fandoms with their hatred.
