If you are thinking of @Be_Fibre #befibre as your next internet broadband provider then DON'T. I have spend over 4 hrs calling them (29 calls in 222 days) to put my Broadband right. Service is appalling. They constantly "raise a ticket" but nothing ever gets sorted. AVOID

Absolutely shocking treatment today from @nplastics Worcester branch. Booked delivery just moved without consultation and a couldn't care less attitude when speaking to them on the phone - We have Fitter waiting too!

UPDATE: Panels have now been delivered & I thank John the Branch Manager for sorting, however an extra panel that was ordered subsequently & was due for delivery this Wednesday (16th) won't be now delivered until 23rd. is it possible to be relieved & still frustrated?
