Some pro arbitrage bot ( @wintermute_t , is that you? 👀) found the Furnace within HOURS of launch and ran the cleanest loop we've ever seen:

lose on purpose → mint ASH → sell above mint cost → repeat, in tidy bundles, all night.
The scoreboard after its shift:
· it funded the house $6K+ through its own losses. Every dollar of it is STILL IN THE HOUSE.
· the vault never flinched. No deposit was ever touchable.
· not an exploit: every rule held. It simply played price action vs the Furnace better than anyone, and honestly? Respect.
The fix was one dial: the unstake burn just moved 5% →50%.
The loop now needs ASH at ~1.45× mint cost to break even. Push through that and the dial goes to 50%. Same rule for every wallet, treasury included.
So to summarize: a professional bot stress-tested us on day one, paid $6K for the privilege, fattened the dividend pool for every ASH staker, and we patched the seam with one command.
