- added the mapcomplete.osm.be/sports map with fitness stations,fitness- and sport centres and sport shops
- speed camera's and speed displays on the mapcomplete.osm.be/maxspeed theme

The Mastodon-account has reached 200 followers! The twitter part of this account only has 149 - which is cool too (but I suspect there is quite some overlap between the followers). It shows that many Open Source people are on Mastodon.

@JLZIMMERMANN Your tweet about mapcomplete.osm.be/etymology was very effective: quite a few (new) contributors found their way around.
Since your tweet, around 10k road segments got etymology attached - or about 2.5% of all etymology information currently in OSM.
Thanks to @PlantNetProject and their API, it is now possible to detect the tree species automatically based on pictures you take. Linking the correct tree species @Wikidata-identifier to @openstreetmap is a bit easier again. Test it out yourself on mapcomplete.osm.be/trees
Demoday! 4 weeks of improving MapComplete with 4 students is coming to an end - with presenting our work for accessibility on MapComplete #osoc22
MapComplete's main dev is at MCH - feel free to come over and to say hi (or to follow the 'OpenStreetMap for beginners' talk)
Another really cool new feature: questions with tons of answers now have a _searchable_ field. Especially useful for e.g. shop types. BTW: the shop types are borrowed from the the iD-tagging-scheme-project. Less maintenance work for me!
