Update on ordering from us: we have shut off ordering on the website except from a select few distributors that we know we can still get in time for Christmas – at Orillia, Ontario
We’re now offering two new services:
1) Contactless pickup times for prepaid orders
2) Personal shopping times for our more vulnerable customers

2) Personal Shopping times are slots that we have booked aside for our customers that do not feel comfortable to come into the store wth other customers, but really would like the opportunity to browse our shelves. Bookings are live now. – at Orillia, Ontario
1) Contactless Pickups are for our customers that just want to quickly come and pickup their order without having to come in the store. Pickups are at the back in the same parking lot as Mariposa Market’s back porch entrance – at Orillia, Ontario

Our hours so far are still Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm. We are looking into providing some alternative times to provide opportunities to come down and pick up your orders outside of those hours. Stay tuned (as soon as we figure it out)! – at Orillia, Ontario
Just wanted to send a quick update: the store is open for business, but we still are not open for browsing. We have a lovely storefront setup and encourage people to come down and we give recommendations and sell right there! We can order for you too!
An update on what’s going on with us. We are not opening to the public yet; it’s coming soon, but we are working on the logistics of how we will open safely for everybody. We are open for pickups and ordering at the front of the store now, too! – at Orillia, Ontario
Curbside pickups are coming back! Ontario just announced that we are able to do curbside pickups again. Details to follow as we get things setup. – at Orillia, Ontario
Effective this week, we are going to be moving our delivery days to only Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Balancing home-parenting responsibilities need me to be at home the other days. Thank you for understanding! – at Orillia, Ontario
It’s been a pleasure to see the response from our awesome customers! Thanks during these crazy times! Wednesday and Thursday I will be home parenting, no deliveries will be going out. But we’ll get them all out on Friday! Cheers! – at Orillia, Ontario

Today, we made the hard decision to lay off our staff and let them be at home for the foreseeable future.
Michael will be covering the store as much as possible, but in-store coverage will not be as regular as you have come to expect.
Every day orders will be processed and placed with our suppliers, but you might not be able to get a hold of somebody right away.
Online orders are the best way to get your books. It will automatically reserve in-stock items and make it easy to special order anything.
