for a long time I judged my campaigns on 2 numbers, CPI and paywall conversion. I think most of us start like that problem is the funnel has 5 steps and each one tells you something different. so I drew the whole thing with what I actually watch at each step

and what almost nobody tracks: what happens after the paywall. churn, people who say no and convert later with a discount, win-backs, re-downloads if you stop counting at "trial started" you see half of it. and these are your cheapest users, you already paid to get them

say you put $1,000 into two campaigns A has a $1 CPI and 2% of installs end up paying. 1,000 installs, 20 paying users, $50 each B has a $3 CPI and 10% pay. 333 installs, 33 paying users, around $30 each judge on CPI alone and you cut B, the one actually making you money

$400k = "super small" that's what people say about the 400k USD adcredit offered by the turkish govt for businesses who want to advertise the turkish govt will refund up to 400k of your ad credit, so basically you can afford to acquire users at a loss and then make a profit from the refund

If you're selling a profitable app: → only talk to buyers with verified ID + proof of funds → NDA first, numbers second. Never the opposite → never share channels, CAC or creatives in a chat → use a broker or a platform that filters buyers BEFORE they can DM you
