The fog isn't the enemy. The silence about it is.

Unknown grows when Structure shrinks. Confusion sets in. Anxiety follows. The fog thickens. Reverse it. Name the unknown. Build structure around it. The fog lifts. The anxiety drops. The confusion clears. I know. Because I lived in that fog for 25 years.

Letting go of the past.. is it about forgetting completely, or is it about finding a way to carry those experiences without letting them weigh us down? Our past shapes us, but does it have to define us forever? Perhaps letting go is more about acceptance than erasure.

Patience and understanding are key when supporting a child with ADHD. Focus on their strengths, break tasks into smaller steps and create a structured, predictable environment. Celebrate their achievements, however small, and encourage activities that channel their energy positively, like sports or creative projects. Most importantly, show unconditional love—they need to feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Children and youth are the heartbeat of our future, their dreams fuel progress and their voices hold the wisdom of tomorrow.. when leaders ignore their aspirations, they betray the very essence of hope and growth. Those in power bear the responsibility to listen, nurture and empower this generation because the decisions made today will shape the world they inherit. A nation that silences its youth silences its future. Let’s ensure their voices echo in every decision and their dreams inspire every action.
