Screenshots don't lie. Major Pakistani media homepages, yet virtually no coverage of Pakistan-administered Kashmir despite widespread reports of unrest and casualties. Silence under pressure isn't journalism, it's surrender. Don't wonder why people are abandoning mainstream media.
Pakistani awam will remember Jang, Dawn, Geo, ARY, Express, Dunya, and every other outlet that chose to side with power (and money) instead of holding it accountable. When journalism goes silent during moments that demand scrutiny, it ceases to be journalism.
