This is why free ‘Play’ is so important to children and young people. Children get exercise whilst playing freely, ie jumping, climbing, rolling, it doesn’t have to be organised sport/activity to count as physical activity! (Although that’s great exercise too) #article31
Our third top #BeeWell finding looks at the physical activity levels of young people in Greater Manchester.
We found that only 1 in 3 young people are meeting the recommended one hour of physical activity per day👇
