If credit unions aspire to attract small business accounts you need to know something about small business. First almost all use some type of accounting package. Prioritize making those connections easy and resilient, I’m tried of having to “fix” the connection every three days. Secondly, understand how small businesses advertise. My credit union yesterday had to manually “allow” me to use my business debit card to purchase a Instagram ad for my business. The rep then told me I’ll have to call and preauthorize each future transaction. Shows me you don’t understand small business.

If you want frustration try canceling a @Zoom account. I requested cancellation 8 days ago and their process requires that they send you a written quote to "Disable Auto Renewal". Still haven't seen this form ... this is absolutely criminal. @FTC needs to look into this.
