With resurgence of west coast ipa I wonder what’s taking Lagunitas so long to lean back into the beers that they already have the recipes for. Hop Stoopid and Sucks mainly. May not need a rebrand but probably wouldn’t hurt either. Maybe not as big of a draw in grocery/chain?
So @goodbeerhunting was a compass as I transformed craft beer into a career from a hobby. Will always be grateful for them telling the story of beer in a thoughtful and elevated way that few others did. Definitely shaped my approach to buying/talking to people about beer. 🙏

Later on in craft beer obviously, but I used to BEG Toppling Goliath to send us more bombers when they were self distro. Peak was getting 30 cases of DDH Sue bombers. 360 bottles in by noon and gone by that evening. What a time to be alive.
I know we’ve beaten drinkers over the head with the “fresh is best” thing but this beer is 5.8% and still tasting pretty enjoyable for 8 months old. Wouldn’t have guessed it blind.
