#AskZellner @MakingAMurderer Absolutely not. Steven is at the beginning of the appeal process on our post-conviction and he is years behind Brendan's case because Steven did not have a lawyer until I took the case in 2016.

#askzellner In your opinion, what is the biggest piece of evidence against Mr. Avery that you have to overcome to have his conviction overturned? No blood evidence, lack of physical evidence for the murder and burning of the body, what is it that is holding them back?

#AskZellner @MakingAMurderer Yes, there were eight sets of latent prints that were unidentified. However, the prints ruled out Steven and Brendan.

#AskZellner @MakingAMurderer We requested the headlight for testing from the State. They disagreed that it was relevant. That is an issue that is pending before the Wisconsin Appellate Court. We would test the headlight for any substance of interest. You’re not missing a thing!
Anyone watching making a murderer 2 ? Why hasn’t @ZellnerLaw tested the paint on the headlight with the car blocking the way to see if it’s a match ? Am I missing something.
