DoJ attorneys suddenly unwilling to stand by filings when their own ass is on the line.
The judge is suggesting this is a frivolous lawsuit, and asking the DoJ attorneys to sign and file.
Knowingly signing and filing a false document means personal liability for those attorneys, including risking their license.
She cannot compel them to sign, but their failing to do so one the record, can be used as evidence in dismissing the case as frivolous, and referenced in other cases.

Last month, Trump’s DHS asked its cyber division to try and a hack voting machines.
BUT:
-They directed them to NOT alert voting machine companies if flaws were discovered. Violating policy.
-Order to only report directly to White House.

A few months into President Donald Trump’s second term, political appointees at the Department of Homeland Security made an unusual request of its agency focused on cybersecurity: Secretly acquire a voting machine and hack it.
The appointees wanted the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to procure the machine, examine it and report back the findings so they could be given to the White House, according to two former administration officials with knowledge of the request.

So Jalen Hurts learned about the blood clot before the Eagles game in London. Doctors told him not to sleep as a precaution, so Hurts started an NFL game after being awake for 36 hours, including an international flight. Now imaging has shown additional blood clots in his lungs. He's going on blood thinners and will be out for the rest of the year. What are we doing here? That's the most horrific player safety plan I have ever seen.

Before the London game, Hurts was in the hospital until 4 am and did not sleep because sleep was a risk. He played without having slept.

UPDATE: The White House investigation into the missing Kennedy Center money just got more serious.
Axios reports today it reviewed a text in which Ric Grenell allegedly offered a Turkish billionaire access to Trump, VIP events and administration officials in exchange for influence.
Meanwhile, $17.6 million was wired from the Congolese Ministry of Finance to Texas defense company TX-AT. Habba’s attorneys say the transaction involved software, but the contract’s purpose and its connection to the alleged $5.6 million Kennedy Center donation still remain unclear.
Grenell continues to deny wrongdoing.
Two Trump insiders. A $17.6 million transfer reportedly traced to a Congolese government-linked bank account. A $5.6 million Kennedy Center donation that apparently never arrived.
And now Alina Habba and Ric Grenell are at war. Habba accuses Grenell of directing a transaction in which money intended for the Kennedy Center never made it there. Grenell denies wrongdoing and says he never received any money.
Here’s the part that deserves more than MAGA gossip: the money supposedly went to TX-AT, a Texas defense and security firm Grenell previously consulted for. The purpose of the transaction remains unclear. So does the money’s ultimate destination.

Who sent the money? What was the business deal? Where did the $17.6 million go? And was any of it ever intended for the Kennedy Center?
Why is the DRC sending money to the Kennedy center through a 3rd party?
There’s a “laundry” list of questions about where this money is.
