Gold can already be artificially produced, but not yet at a cost below its market price. One of the many mind-blowing aspects of #Bitcoin is that it functions as a global bounty program for bringing more cost-effective energy sources into production. How ironic will it be if Bitcoin drives the cost of energy so low that lab-grown gold can be produced below its market price, thereby comprising gold’s utility as reliably scarce money, and thus destroying its “store of value” functionality? 🤯
Last month, we demonstrated high-rate alchemy: turning mercury into real, stable gold, beating CERN’s record by a factor of 10.
Last week, we enriched isotopes in the world’s most powerful plasma centrifuge, beating the Soviet record that stood for 40 years.
Now, we’re building a fusion reactor in San Francisco to achieve record power density.

Gold market cap is $28.5 trillion
Bitcoin market cap is $1.6 trillion
This is going to be the mother of all capital rotations.

I've been telling people about bitcoin privately and publicly for 8+ years.
It's been a constant reminder of how difficult it is to actually help most people. Ultimately, because pride causes them to immediately reject things that don't already align with their worldview and assumptions.
Fiat inflation is not going to stop... The current system requires it.
Eventually, a single bitcoin will be worth millions of dollars and people will still be calling it a 'scam' because of ego.

The problem with gold is that once a supply vulnerability is discovered, you can’t patch the bug.
Some see quantum as a threat to Bitcoin, but Bitcoin can upgrade before or even after that threat materializes.

This week, JPMorgan forecasted $BTC will vastly outperform every other major asset class over the next decade.
This comes from the bank that, less than 10 years ago, called Bitcoin a fraud and said they would fire anyone who touched it.
Since then, they have bought millions of BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF, and now predict it to be the best-returning asset class for the next 10 years.
One by one, they all get orange-pilled.

Index funds have to dump up to $2.8 billion of Saylor's Strategy by November 30th.
MSTR fell 9.5% on the news. Bitcoin fell about 1%. Not one coin gets sold, and Schwab and Vanguard just put a Bitcoin button in front of $24 trillion.
Strategy will be fine. Bitcoin knows this.

💥They just turned mercury into gold
using fusion.
They can’t make more Bitcoin.
Ever.

You can literally print gold now.
A reminder that the only provably and credibly scarce money in this world is Bitcoin.

People are getting bored because Bitcoin isn’t pumping every single day.
But trust me, this is exactly the kind of structure we’ve seen forming near previous bear market bottoms, right before things got absolutely ridiculous.

If I had to choose between holding my money in fiat or Bitcoin for the next 20 years, I’d choose Bitcoin without a second thought.
People worry about BTC crashing, but rarely question what inflation will do to their savings over the next two decades.
Cash gives you stability today, but have you ever wondered what its purchasing power will look like in 2046?
I’d rather hold a volatile asset than ignore the slow devaluation of money.

The @MYANC government promised South Africans an unemployment rate of 6% but it increased to 33%
My guess is that they will fail along the same margins in every metric you measure them against.
It is time for a change.
Abandon these commie pipe dreams and build a proper economy where everybody has a chance to prosper.

South Africa president, Cyril Ramaphosa is telling citizens to "get ready" for the country to be booted from the U.S. AGOA trade deal.
Devastating job losses are on the horizon.
It's easy for politicians to tell citizens to "be prepared" when they have vast mining interests, private game reserves, and millions in foreign cash literally stuffed into their living room couches.
Everyday people can't "prepare" for sudden unemployment and poverty.
It is completely inhumane to let ordinary citizens suffer just to protect elite political egos.

Unfortunately, the real unpatriotic behaviour is that of @PresidencyZA Cyril Ramaphosa, who signed the Expropriation Act, which allows for expropriation without compensation, knowing full well the devastating consequences it could have for South Africa’s economy, ordinary South Africans and international relations.
Zimbabwe has shown how this kind of unpatriotic disregard for property rights by a president can lead to poverty, unemployment, hyperinflation and people fleeing across the border into South Africa.
There is a clear connection between Ramaphosa’s announcement on 23 January 2025 that he had signed the Expropriation Act and the United States’ announcement, just 10 days later, on 2 February 2025, of measures against South Africa.
Perhaps it is time for Ramaphosa and other ANC leaders to take full responsibility for the negative consequences of their own irresponsible behaviour, rather than falsely blaming @afriforum and others.
AfriForum remains committed to helping find solutions to the dispute with the US that is in the interest of all South Africans. Together with Solidarity and the Solidarity Movement, AfriForum has made various constructive proposals to President Ramaphosa aimed at resolving the dispute with the United States.
Unfortunately, instead of working together to find solutions, Ramaphosa appears determined to continue playing the blame game rather than joining hands with those who are willing to help resolve the problem.
