After retiring, Vickie found new purpose by becoming a volunteer and WishMaker®.
Now she’s even teaching her grandkids the importance of helping others by hosting an annual lemonade stand to raise money for Make-A-Wish®.

As a new fiscal year begins, we're celebrating 247 wishes granted for South Carolina children with critical illnesses over the past year.
