Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.
There's so much unutilized human talent that could be solved if job applicants could just share their IQ. Instead job hunting is a luck, social skills, and DEI clusterfuck.

I may be in a small cohort here, but I experienced October 7 and Charlie Kirk’s assassination very similarly. Not because the scale or facts were similar or comparable, but because they showed me with equal clarity who would cheer if my family and I were murdered. This understanding is now central to my politics.

When I was 14, I assisted at a daycare during summer break.
The first thing I learned was that the children did not want to be there. I had never gone to daycare myself, so I was surprised. It looks like it would be fun when you’re older. Lots of toys and activities.
But little children don’t like it. They may put up with it, might even have a little fun sometimes, but none of them preferred daycare over being home. Not a single one.
They all wanted their mothers. They would stare at the door. We would try to distract them. Some would cry all day long. Some were constantly angry.
I should add that this was a luxe newly built daycare in a small Nordic town where everyone knew each other way back. Not a bunch of random strangers.
The nannies knew the families, but the children still didn’t wanna be there. That was irrelevant. The parents needed the daycare. Nobody asked the children what they wanted. But we could all see it.
After working in a daycare, I could never enroll my children in one.
I am an Elon fanboy, but I will admit I've found Claude to be far better than Grok for mathematics, an amateur hobby of mine.
I wonder if all these trillion dollar AI companies will crash and burn in the future from free open source AI. They all offer much better products today, but as the free AIs improve, computer hardware improves, and costs inevitably come down it may be satisfactory and the better deal for regular people and companies.
Who knows what will happen. But the best chess engine in the world is a free open source one called Stockfish, just saying, not any private proprietary one.

College educated career woman have a fertility rate of 1.73, church attendance of 68%, marriage age 27 to 28, virginity rate 25-30%, and divorce rate of 32%.
