Another exciting story from our group! We showed that both paracellular and transcellular transport, particularly exocytosis govern nanoparticle translocation across lymphatic endothelial cells using basic kinetic modeling. Check out our new manuscript: pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021…

Very excited to share our newest work led by Dr. Mayowa Amosu demonstrating CpG-ODN can treat the rare lung disease lymphangioleiomyomatosis. We show that CpG activates plasmacytoid dendritic cells and leads to cytotoxic CD8+ T cell responses against LAM doi.org/10.1165/rcmb.2023-04…
