@CelebrityCruise I didn’t get to fill out the survey before it expired for my recent cruise on Equinox so I wanted to recognize a few of your incredible crew members here!
First - the Blu Team was incredible - especially Ryan, Chihui, Bern, Yanti, and Ando!
I also want to commend Emanuel in the Art Gallery! He worked with me to purchase a beautiful piece of art I really wanted!
Great meeting with @WHOSTP47! @_InternetWorks_ is spreading our message of right sizing regulatory tech policy for middle tech companies so that we can foster innovation, serve our users and small businesses, and compete!
Internet Works met with the @WhiteHouse Office of Science and Technology Policy to discuss thoughtful ways to advance AI and preserve competition.
We are thankful for @WHOSTP47 engagement as they advance policies to unleash innovation and preserve a competitive digital market.

Internet Works Executive Director Peter Chandler was at the White House for the signing of the #TakeItDownAct- an important step toward protecting victims and promoting safety online.
We also applaud @POTUS and @FLOTUS for their leadership in protecting Americans online.

@vanleeuwen stopped at one of your DC stores on Christmas Eve to treat my elderly mom and dad to what is arguably an expensive ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but the customer service was without question the worst I have ever experienced during my 53 years on Earth.
I recognize that some people don’t have good feelings about Christmas or may have challenges in their personal lives - but I didn’t need to spend 30 dollars on ice cream to make my mom feel like shit on Christmas Eve. It’s been five hours since we were there and I’m still angry
It is critical that small & medium-sized #tech companies have a seat at the table. Once the dust settles from this historic election, @_InternetWorks_ and our members will be ready to collaborate with lawmakers and participate in nuanced discussions about these important issues.
Check it out! Our Executive Director, Peter Chandler (@MaineToDC), wrote in @realclearpolicy urging lawmakers and the next administration to consider small and medium-sized tech companies when crafting legislation to solve real, online harms.

@UHC waited on hold for 35 minutes and then was transferred to the provider line!!!! You cannot make this up.

We ask for more consideration of KOSA as it moves and remain committed to working with lawmakers to craft legislation that fosters trust and promotes safety online for all users while ensuring a vibrant internet ecosystem where small and medium-sized businesses can thrive.

#ICYMI: We surveyed over 2,000 Americans about their thoughts on small and medium-sized tech companies, and found that most Americans trust online marketplaces and websites to protect their data, specifically when making a transaction.

Research is key when buying anything. And, a majority of Americans say online marketplaces make that research and comparison easy. Read more about what Americans think about small and medium-sized tech companies: theinternet.works/survey-say…
