Five years ago today, two members of rail staff and a passenger tragically lost their lives when a train derailed close to Stonehaven.
We remember them, and think of all of their loved ones today, as well as those who were injured.
We will never forget this tragedy.

I had an amazing time in London on Friday night and over the weekend doing the monopoly run with guides, rangers, scouts and others from all over the UK. We also did the Paddington Experience, oh and some shopping. 🛍️ 😃

Tonight’s the burning of the Clavie in Burghead. The Clavie crew will carry the 15-stone burning barrel around the town to the Doorie Hill where it will burn.
It’s also the start of the (old) New Year.
