📚🏡 Every child deserves the chance to learn, no matter their housing situation! Through ACAA’s HomeLearn Bridge project, we’re working to understand the challenges children and families face when housing instability affects their education.

Learning English through creativity and everyday life! Last week, our Nottinghamshire ESOL learners explored useful crafting vocabulary such as knit, sew and stick, as well as materials including wool, glue and beads.

Our ESOL learners enjoyed a creative session at Bridge Community Centre, making pom-poms and Christmas Gonks with our special guest, Christine! We shared stories, exchanged experiences and enjoyed tea and homemade cakes together.

Our work in Ghor comes at a time of growing humanitarian needs, helping families facing hardship rebuild their lives with dignity, resilience, and hope.

A great turnout at today’s Talking Therapies session as part of our project surrounding Holistic Support for Young People! 💙 We’re pleased to see so many young people engaging in activities that support their mental health and wellbeing.

Supporting young minds and building brighter futures! 📚✨ Our Westminster Supplementary School provides children aged 7–15 with free learning support in English and Maths, helping them build confidence, develop their skills and thrive both in and out of the classroom. 💙

We're looking for volunteer Community Cancer Champions to help raise awareness and break down barriers to healthcare. In this role, you will be supporting informative workshops for refugees and marginalised communities to address healthcare inequalities.

🍂🎨 Today at ACAA, we celebrated the season with our Autumn Festival! 🍁 During the school half-term, we welcomed children from our Supplementary School and the wider community for a fun-filled day of arts and crafts, games, music and plenty of delicious treats! 🧡
