Fresh this week is Fulminare, our IIPA brewed in collaboration with Eskar Hart.
Latin for “to hurl lightning” or “to strike with thunderbolts,” Fulminare is an Imperial IPA brewed in collaboration with @eskerhart and hopped to the extreme, as we do in our “Hop Elevated” series.
Colossal (9.2%) is the next beer in our Hop Elevated series. In this series we explore different base and specialty malt as well as new hop products and extreme hopping rates.
Hopped to the max with Citra, Motueka, Mosaic Dynaboost, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Galaxy Abstrax.
Wing Night is back this week at both breweries. This 8% DDH Imperial IPA brewed to be the perfect beer to pair with wings.
Wing Night is brewed with lactose and hopped with Simcoe and Simcoe cryo in the kettle and double dry hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, El Dorado and Mosaic Cryo
New is Shattered 8.5% Wet Hop Imperial IPA
Shattered is hopped with Centennial and Chinook in the kettle and dry hopped with fresh from the field wet Centennial hops.
We froze these wet hops w liquid nitrogen & shattered them open to release the freshest hop resins
Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Mind Over Matter is back as we head into Fall!

Ecto Cooler is back this week! One of our favorite sours of the year is back as Fall is on the horizon! It’s 6% and packed with tangerine, orange, Tang, peach and lemon to taste like the classic drink. Oh, and it pours green.
