A pretty normal person, but sometimes I have a hot take and it gets me in trouble. Oh well... where's the tequila?

America was literally founded as a rejection of Kings and tyrannical rule. Today the Supreme Court spits in the face of our founding right before July 4th.

When one side declares war, the war has started. Your refusal to fight back doesn't mean there's no war, it just means you're going to get fucking destroyed.

So hey, what’s exactly to stop Biden from waking up today and saying “as an official act, all student loan debt is now forgiven.” Or “as an official act, I declare Donald trump exiled from the US.” Or “as an official act, I’m adding 7 judges to SCOTUS.”

Would removing and jailing a Supreme Court Justice for accepting millions of dollars in unreported bribes be considered an “official act”?

What if Biden used his official powers to have the IRS, FBI, and DOJ investigate the Supreme Court justices to find out every penny they’ve ever taken from anyone, ever? Enforcing corruption laws is under his authority. And you can’t question his motive at all.

Alexander Hamilton wrote in Federalist 69 that former presidents would be “liable to prosecution and punishment in the ordinary course of law.” But what did he know? He was just a bastard, orphan, son of a whore and a Scotsman, dropped in the middle of a forgotten spot in the Caribbean. . .

In the past 2 days Donald Trump has posted or sent the following: 1. A message saying Liz Cheney is guilty of treason and must be sent to military tribunal on live television. 2. A message using the QAnon slogan “where we go one, we go all.” 3. A message saying he “stands with” convicted criminal Steve Bannon and blaming Justice Merchan for sentencing Bannon (when, in fact, it was a Trump-appointed federal judge, not Merchan, who sentenced Bannon). 4. A message saying he will obliterate the deep state. 5. A message selling pins for $500 of an altered American flag with the name Trump across the flag. Corporate media covers none of this. Six Supreme Court justices lied under oath when they said they wouldn’t overturn roe. Six Supreme Court justices broke their oath of office by choosing Trump over the constitution. Articles of impeachment for all six.

The fact that the Founding Fathers included Impeachment in the Constitution proves that they did not believe or intend for any President to have any kind of immunity. You do not have to be a Constitutional scholar to know this.

in the last 10 days the Supreme Court has ruled that the president can do crimes, bribery is legal, agencies have no actual authority, and also that the homeless can be thrown in prison for the crime of not having a home.

READ: The final words in Justice Sotomayor's dissent:   "Never in the history of our Republic has a President had reason to believe that he would be immune from criminal prosecution if he used the trappings of his office to violate the criminal law. Moving forward, however, all former Presidents will be cloaked in such immunity. If the occupant of that office misuses official power for personal gain, the criminal law that the rest of us must abide will not provide a backstop. "With fear for our democracy, I dissent."
