The Senate’s final CLARITY Act draft is a major step toward finally defining the SEC/CFTC rules for crypto markets—but there’s a clear trade-off for crypto users.
The bill targets exchange-paid “hold-to-earn” yield on stablecoin balances. Activity-based rewards may remain, but Treasury could temporarily tighten those rewards if it finds substantial deposit flight from community banks.
Good: clearer market rules, stronger developer protections, and better guardrails around exchange conflicts.
Not so good: stablecoin yield programs on exchanges could get more limited and more regulated.
Important: this is still a proposed draft—not law.

Can't believe this has to be said, but you have to be a fucking moron to think Powell and the Fed are actually guilty of some sort of building renovation conspiracy.

Silver has never been hard money.
Every time silver’s price explodes, the same pattern repeats.
Higher prices create higher incentives to mine.
Higher incentives bring more supply.
More supply eventually pushes the price back down.
History makes this painfully clear.
In the 1979–1980 run, silver surged from around $6 to nearly $50. Mining couldn’t respond overnight, but supply still showed up fast through recycling, melted jewelry, dumped inventories, and tighter financial conditions. The spike burned itself out.
The detail most people miss is this:
Most silver isn’t even mined because of silver. It’s pulled out as a byproduct of copper, lead, zinc, and gold mining. When silver gets expensive, miners run operations harder, process lower-grade ore, rework tailings, and extract silver that was previously uneconomic.
Over time, supply always responds.
This is exactly the point Saifedean Ammous makes in The Bitcoin Standard. When something becomes more valuable, humans figure out how to make more of it.
That’s why silver inflates its own supply.
So does gold. So does every metal.
And this silver spike won’t be any different.
Higher prices will pull more ounces out of the ground and out of storage. The market will adjust like it always has.
Bitcoin is the outlier.
No matter the price, supply doesn’t change.
That’s the difference between a commodity and sound money.

As a career chartist who has made my living trading into my sixth decade trading, here are the things I disregard:
-Complex narratives (if interest rates do X, then stocks should do Y and metals should do Z). I find creating cross asset narratives to be a complete waste of my time
-Indicators. These are derivatives of price. Why study a derivative of price when I can study price directly?
-Seeking perfection
-Thinking that economists know anything useful
-Day trading
-Pyramiding
-Believing that CNBC or Bloomberg or any You Tuber have anything to offer me
-Government reports. They simply create volatility, not meaningful direction
-Day to day volume. I only pay attention to massive spikes in volume, which are either ENDING or BEGINNING volume
-Trendlines
-Symmetrical triangles (except every so often)
-The idea that charts predict the future
-The idea that charts provide a meaningful edge
-Win rate as an important metric
-ROR as an important metric

Bitcoin is operating on declining volatility in terms of ROI. So each cycle growth volatility becomes less and less as the market cap grows....These indicators will become less and less accurate because of this. Its just math.
Did $BTC already top? Is the top near? Let's review the charts.
