“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” — Maya Angelou What a morning! We have been watching daddy run around da house. We say, “Daddy, slow down, dear heart!” Dere are days when nuffing goes as planned. Sometimes our hoos feel dat everything is going wrong! Oh dear hearts, dat's just a thought! It's true dat sometimes life doesn't unfold da way we wish. Things go wrong, plans fall apart, and we become frustrated. But does dat mean everything is going wrong? Perhaps we is so busy noticing all da things dat aren't going right dat we forget to notice all da wonderful things dat still are! While we cannot control all da events dat happen to us, we can learn to respond wif patience, kindness, and understanding. And please remember, dear hearts, you don't have to make everything right to find a little peace in dis very moment. Be gentle wif yourself. Take one thing at a time. All is well, dear hearts. You are doing wonderfully, no matter what you are feeling. Sending you all love and light. Happy Wednesday!!
