My mother was advised to have an abortion when she became pregnant with me (she was at an age where pregnancy carried more risk). I believe it was my mother's right to choose whether or not to follow through with that pregnancy - as it should be for every mother.

@MagicAppleStore I've escalated my case to Consumer Rights Protection and Redressal Forum formed by Govt. Of India, then it was taken seriously by @SamsungIndia I hope you can do something similar to this and they will take it seriously then to resolve it quickly.
