@artblocks_io exhibits @williamapan’s two new series, Paysages Plausibles and Dances on Shadows at Zero 10 during @ArtBasel 2026.
DOS (Dances on Shadows) explores the relation between digital and physical aesthetics: pixelated shadows, coloured pastel contours, gestures, and drifts around latent landscapes. DOS follows the movements, traces, and residual energies that inhabit these plausible landscapes, revealing structures embedded within the main series through the plotter's language of contour, repetition, and displacement.
Each work pairs an NFT with a physical plotter drawing: a landscape on paper overlaid with pastel on tracing paper, allowing ground and surface to read through one another. The project is influenced by Sol LeWitt's instruction-based drawings and Harold Cohen's computer-generated works, where programmatic systems produce images that oscillate between representation and abstraction. The artist defines the rules, but the final configuration remains open to the generative process.
HEK (Haus der Elektronischen Künste; House of Electronic Arts) is the first leading research institution to exhibit at Art Basel, through the Zero10 initiative. It is also the only non-commercial, purely educational presentation at the fair, breaking from the traditional gallery/dealer sales model by focusing on historical context and education rather than selling works.

Olena Yara: Can you tell me more about the Cendre Bracelet? Why is it limited to only 99 pieces. Why was this number important to you?
Muhju: The Cendre bracelet is deeply inspired by the architecture of ancient Roman denarii. Just as those coins featured a central portrait surrounded by Latin inscriptions, this piece frames a central motif with decorative engraving...

Takashi Murakami on NFTs, Art, and Collecting
Hello, this is Takashi Murakami.
I was featured as the cover artist in NFT Magazine (@MagazineNFT), where I spoke about my approach to art, collecting, and my ongoing exploration of NFTs as a medium of expression.
In the interview, I speak quite candidly about the background behind the birth of Murakami. Flowers, the relationship between art and capitalism, and why digital collectibles continue to be important to my practice today. It was an e-mail interview and I worked on it intensively, rewriting it over and over for about ten days.
I wanted to share this article with everyone in the Kaikai Kiki Market Place (KKMP) community as well.
I am convinced that my sincere commitment to art, as well as why I continue to focus on NFT art despite the strong headwinds surrounding it, would fully be understood after my death. The fact that I am still alive, however, perhaps makes it harder to be understood. That is why, in this interview, I took the time to explain these ideas thoroughly.
I may sound self-congratulatory, but I genuinely believe this is a valuable document for understanding what art truly is.
Please do give it a read.
Thank you very much for your support.
